I’ve been spinning my wheels about how best to introduce myself to you…Is there really a perfect way to say “Hi” to a stranger?
I’m going to say no.
Here in an Unlocked L!fe, I get to share with you my most authentic, adventurous, raw and driven self that I am today. Both bold and brave, I am HER. The woman who does not conform, but questions why. Come with me to explore some of my most favorite adventures and the mindset that helped jolt me into this unlocked l!fe that I have come to love so much. My adventures vary from hikes with and w/o my kids, my pup, vacations both family and solo, and mini-adventures. I’ll be taking you on some detours too where we find ourselves off the beaten path to new ideas to shake things up some! Who likes status quo anyway?! So buckle up, friend! This is going to be a ride of a lifetime! I’m so excited to share with you an Unlocked L!fe!!!
A Little Snip-it About Me
I’m going to keep this raw and real. Short and sweet.
Native to Virginia and a single mom who loves to live my life to the fullest!
I take ownership of 2 kiddos – ok, my daughter is a teenager (14) and my son is legally classified as an adult (18).
My favorite hiking buddy goes by the name of North. She’s a long hair, dark sable German Shepherd and I must say I’m biased! She’s the absolute BEST!
Adventure is in my blood!
Hiking runs through my bones – it’s why North and I mesh so well together. 😉
Traveling and exploring light me the f*ck up.
Fitness is my jam…let’s lift some heavy shizzz and then hike on rest day! Hahaha.

This is how ‘an UNLOCKED L!FE’ was born, friend. Unhooking from the “shoulds” in my life and unlocking the many opportunities of abundance to be HER…to finding my True North. Forever grateful for the inner work I’ve done to get myself in this space right now. I GET TO live my best life..and friend, so do YOU!
I am here to share with the woman who hasn’t dreamt in years, she’s taken a backseat along the journey of motherhood (it’s OK…our kiddos have that special place in our heart), she craves more adventure and FUN in her life, she desires like-minded women who know they’re meant for more and to build friendships with other women who love adventure too!
